Your video, on Electric field, has me confused as to whether field lines are the path followed by a unit +ve charge, if free to so, or not.

Is Electric Field Line, the path along which a unit positive charge would move, if it is free to do so?

The force on a charge in Electric field E is defined as: F = qE
Thus the force on it is in the direction of electric field
and hence it will follow the same path if no external force is applied
