Asked by Topperlearning User | 04 Jun, 2014, 01:23: PM
answered-by-expert Expert Answer
In anaerobic respiration, only glycolysis takes place, during which glucose is converted into ethyl alcohol. As glycolysis takes place in cytoplasm of the cell, anaerobic respiration is also completed in cytoplasm.
