what are the difference between movement and move in terms of action?

'Movement' is the noun form of the verb 'move'. The words mean
A change of position from one point to the other. OR An advance in a particular direction.
The men move the furniture in no time.
The movement of the furniture was looked over by the butler.
The herd of deer will move to the lake to quench their thirst.
The presence of the Lion hindered the movement of the herd.
