1. This phenomenon is known as condensation. Cold water inside the water tries to cool down The water vapor in air which comes in contact with wall of glass and due to low temperature the vapor liquid and appears as water droplets on the outside of glass.
2. Solids have particles that are much more tightly packed together.The particles are held tightly in place by all the other particles around them so they do not slip past one another or move apart.This gives solids a fixed shape and a fixed volume. Liquids and gases have higher intermolecular distance, so intermolecualr attraction is lesser than solids so it can move freely and do not have fixed shape.
3. At higher altitude, atmospheric pressure is low. So due to low atmospheric pressure, boiling point is low. Due to low boiling point water converts into vapour fastly and it leads to delay in cooking.
