If mass of solid is 84.2g . Initial volume of water in a measuring cylinder is 36ml . Final volume of water in measuring cylinder is 60ml . Find the density of substance

Volume of a substamce = Final reading - Initial reading
Volume of a substamce = 60-36=24ml
And 1 ml =1 cubic centimetre
 v o l u m e equals space 24 c m cubed
D e n s i t y space equals space m a s s divided by v o l u m e
D e n s i t y equals space 84.2 divided by 24 equals 3.5 g divided by c m cubed
