It is a development that brings about a change/improvement in the agriculture, industry, trade, transport etc. |
It is a development that brings about a change/improvement in health, education, housing, drinking water, etc. that is social status as a whole. |

It is achieved by creating employment opportunities to those who are unemployment or by creating better employment opportunities to those who are already employed. |
It is achieved when economic equality, social justice, health and education and cultural equality have been provided to the people. |
