Answer:
When the airplane is flying with speed 150 m/s in the direction 30º east of north
and wind speed is 20 m/s along the north direction,

effective speed of travelling for airplane is (150+20cos30) m/s

Hence time taken to travel 300 km from A to B = (300×1000)/(150+20cos30) ≈ 30 min

Two trains T1 and T2 simultaneously start towards each other at speeds of 40 km/hr and 60 km/hr respectively. An eagle is sitting on the engine of train T1. The moment the trains start, the eagle starts flying towards the second train. Immediately, on reaching the second train, the eagle heads back towards the first train. Immediately on reaching the first train, the eagle reverses the direction and starts flying towards the second train. This process continues till the two trains meet.
