Incentre of Incircle is the point where all the angle bisectors are intersecting.
Hence to draw the Incircle of given triangle, we need to construct the bisectors of two angles and get the intersection point.
From intersection point, if we draw a perpendicular line to a side of the triangle, then this perpendicular line is the radius of incircle.
The construction procedure is explained below using the above figure.
Step 1. To draw the angle bisectors of 
A, we draw arcs of equal radius on sides AB, AC with point A as centre as shown in figure.

Step 2. From the intersection points of arcs on side AB and AC, draw arcs of equal radius between sides AC and AB
as shown in figure. Let these arcs intersect at p. Similarly draw arcs between sinde AB and side BC. Let these arcs intersect at q.
Join Ap and Bq and extend these lines so that these lines will meet at I. This point I is incentre
Step 3. Now we need to draw perpendicular line from I to side AB, to get radius of incircle. As shown in figure,
from I draw two arcs of equal radius so that these arcs will intersect side AB at x and y. From x and y draw two arcs of equal radius
above AB so that these arcs will intersect at z. Through z, draw line from I to side AB and let this line meet AB at D.
Step 4. draw the Incircle with radius ID and centre I
