Will FIT marks replace any lowest scored subject's marks in class 10 2019? What is 5 subjects rule?

No, it is not like that. If you fail in a particular subject, then the marks of vocational subject will replace the failed subject but that too in primary subjects viz. Science, Social Science and Mathemattics. If you secure less marks, then it won't replace.
If you have not opted for any vocational subject, then if failed you can appear the Compartmental/Supplementary/Improvement Exam after the result declaration.
Five subjects rule is two languages (English, Hindi/Regional Language/Sanskrit) and three compulsory subjects (Science, Mathematics and Social Science)
