Do you mean to ask "What were the different ideologies that were in conflict with each other leading to the Civil war in Russia"?
The answer of the above question is
People in Russia were divided into various groups like the 'reds', 'greens' and 'whites'. They followed different ideologies.
Non-Bolshevik socialists, liberals and supporters of autocracy condemned the Bolshevik uprising. They organised troops to fight the Bolsheviks (the ‘reds’). During 1918 and 1919, the ‘greens’ (Socialist Revolutionaries) and ‘whites’ (pro-Tsarists) backed by the French, American, British and Japanese troops who opposed socialism fought with the Bolsheviks leading to the civil war in Russia.
