what is twin primes with examples

Twin prime is a prime number with prime gap of two.
That is, the second prime number differs from the first prime number by two.
For example, consider the prime numbers 3 and 5.
Here, 5 - 3 = 2.
Thus, it is a twin prime.
Some more examples are: (5,7), (11,13), (17,19), (29,31), etc...
