WHAT IS REALISON BETWEEN poverty and unemployment
Asked by Rabindra | 06 Jan, 2016, 05:42: PM
answered-by-expert Expert Answer

Poverty level increases with the rise in the number of unemployed. Due to unemployment, the number of dependents on working population is increasing and as a result, per head consumption expenditure is declining and a vast majority of people are living in poverty.   Unemployment figures states that only the number of people eligible to work who have no job but are seeking employment, but these figures are not necessarily an accurate indicator of the number of people living in poverty. Other section of the people may not be able to find enough work or may earn low wages to lead their life.
