The smallest three digit number is 100. But, it has 2 digits same i.e. 0 at the 2nd and 3rd place
Next three digit number is 101. Here, digits at the first and third places are same i.e. 1
Next three digit number is 102. Here, all the three digits are distinct.
Hence, the smallest 3 digits number having three distinct digits is 102.
