Sir if class intervals of data is unequal then what will be the h

Expert Answer:

If the class widths of class intervals are not uniform, in that case different class intervals have different h (class width).

In such case you can find the mean by finding the class marks (xi) and their respective frequencies (fi) and Hence mean is calculated by using the formula;

Mean = summation fixi/summation fi
