Join diagonal BD.

Pand S are the mid points of two sides of the triangle ABD.

So by mid point theorem , PS parallel to BD and half of it.

 Simly QR parallel to BD and half of it.

Again,

Join AC.

By the same argument, SR paralle to AC and half of it

and PQ paralle to AC and half of it.

Thus,PS=QR

and PQ=SR.

But AC=BD as they are diagonals of a rectangle.

Thus PS, PQ,QR and SR are all equal as they are equal to 1/2 AC=1/2BD.

Hence proved.
