Expert Answer
Islets of Langerhans of pancreas secrete glucagon and insulin directly into the blood stream. Glands which secrete their secretion directly into the blood stream are called endocrine glands. A part of pancreas pours its secretion i.e. pancreatic juice into the duodenum through pancreatic duct. Glands which pour their secretion in to ducts are called exocrine glands.
Thus, Pancreas is an endocrine as well as exocrine gland
