How to estimate the product 1291*592 using general rule ?

Rules for Rounding.
Rule1- If the number you are rounding is followed by 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9, round the number up.
Rule2- If the number you are rounding is followed by 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4, round the number down.
Rounding off 1291 to the nearest thousands, we get 1000
And, rounding off 529 to the nearest hundreds, we get 600
