Expert Answer
Hari buys 32 notebooks for Rs. 152.
Therefore cost of one note book = 152 ÷ 32 = Rs. 4.75
Surya buys 45 notebooks for Rs. 207.
Therefore cost of one note book = 207 ÷ 45 = Rs. 4.6
Since, 4.6<4.75
Therefore Surya got the notebooks at a cheaper rate.
