Given, coordinates of A are (1,-4).

Let the coordinates of B and C be (a, b) and (x, y) respectively.

Let the coordinates of mid-point of AB and AC be (2, -1) and (0, -1).

Then, using mid-point formula, we have:

1+a=4, -4+b= -2

a=3, b=2

Also,

1+x=0, -4+y= -2

x= -1, y=2

Therefore, the coordinates of the vertices B and C of ABC are (3, 2) and (-1, 2) respectively.
