Force is defined as any action that tends to maintain or alter the motion of a body or to distort it.
If a body is at rest , by applying force, the body moves with acceleration.
Example :- Car is acclerated from rest by applying force from engine.
If a body is already in motion, its speed can be changed or it can be brought to rest by applying force .
Example :- Break is applied to a moving car so that friction force acts against the motion of the car.
This action reduces speed of car and car can be brought to rest.
If the object can not be moved, it can be distorted ( shape is changed ) by applying force.
Example : Bending of objects.

Pressure is defined as force acting on unit area.
When a container is filled with liquid or gas, each and every point of walls of container experience force
due to liquid and gas molecules impingement on the walls of container.
Hence when a container is filled with liquid or gas, it is required to get the pressure i.e., force per unit area for many purpose.
For same force, pressure can be increased by reducing area. Example :- cutting with knife, piercing with needle
