The angle sum property is not applicable to the concave quadrilateral because A concave polygon/quadrilateral is defined as a polygon with one or more interior angles greater than 180 degrees.it looks as if one or more vertex is pushed inside.some  diagonal of the polygon may lie in the exterior of the polygon.If ina quadrilateral one angle out of 4 is more then  180oobiviously the sum of  all the four will be greater than 360o.
