1) 1 kWh is the energy consumed when one kilowatt power is used for 1 hour
1 kWh = 3.6 X 106 joule
2) The fuse is an electric wire made of copper metal and is used to protect electrical appliances connected in the circuit from the extremely large current flowing through the circuit.
3) The phenomenon in which an electric current is induced in a conductor because of a changing magnetic field is called electromagnetic induction.
4) When the two bodies are rubbed against each other the charges are produced on their surfaces due to friction which causes bodies to attract or repel due to presence of opposite charges or like charges. This is called static electricity.
Eg:- The pieces of paper clings to comb.
