Why does any ray passing through the optical centre of a spherical mirror does not get refracted although it experiences a change in medium?

According to snell's law . Refractive index of medium = Sin (angle of inclidence) / Sin (angle of refraction)
Angle of incidence = 0 degree (because ray pass through the optical centre)
Sin( angle of refraction) = sin 0 / refractive index
sin (angle of refraction) = 0
So, angle of refraction = 0 or 180 meane light will be totally reflected.
