Sandmeyer Reaction

Initially, the amine when treated with nitrous acid in acidic condition, forms diazonium salt.
The formed diazonium salt reacts with copper to form free benzene free radical.
When halide ion approaches the benzene, free radical electron is released and substituted benzene is formed.
The electron again combines with Cu2+ ion and regenerates Cu+

Ask different reaction through different question, otherwise it will become very confusing.
