Why lithium is the strongest reducing agent?please explain the complete answer and not only on the basis of value of reduction potential.

Lithium has the lowest standard reduction potential, means that it is the easiest to become oxidized. When something is oxidized, it reduces another substance, becoming a reducing agent. Hence lithium is the strongest reducing agent.
