Two bar magnets are placed one over the other and suspended freely.how should they be placed with respect to each other so that their period of oscillation is maximum? Explain.

Their period of occilation would be maximum when their intial condition is very far away from the rquilibrium.
It happens when they are oriented in the same direction, i.e. their north and south poles near to each other.
