Uncertainty in velocity = 3 x 10^ 7 x 99.99/100 = 2.999 x 10^7 m/s

Uncertainty in position = h / 4pi m delta v

                                 =6.626 x 10-34 /4 x 3.14 x 9.1 x 10-31 x 2.99 x 10^7

                                =6.626 x 10 -34 / 341.74 x 10 -24

                                =.01938 x 10 -10m
