Answer:
The size of lanthanide ions decreases from La3+ to Lu3+ due to the lanthanide contraction.
With the increase in the covalent character of the hydroxide decreases the basic strength.
 
The order of the size of lanthanides given in options will be Pr3+ >Eu3+ > Gd3+ >Lu3+
 
Hence in the given options, the most basic hydroxide will be Pr(OH)3
