Answer is :- Resistance value is less than 5Ω.
Explanataion:- Potential difference is measured across series connection of resistance and ammeter. Hence the calculation of resistance using the numbers 20V and 4 A
gives the resistance value of given resistance and Ammeter resitance which are connected in series, though Ammeter resistance is negligible. Hence in principle, resistance value is less than 5Ω.
