after three successive reflections, image will be formed at focal point of the mirror, due to the long travelling distance by the light ray. Also image will be inverted for concave mirror. If image is formed at focus, then image to mirror distance is (d-f) hence image will be formed at X-coordinate (d-f) behind the mirror. due to inverted image y-coord is negative. hence option (D) is the correct answer
