Ans 9: Explanation:
When NaOH reacts with NH4OH it gives NaOH and NH3 gas, which increases the pH and decreases the moles of NH4+ ions.
 
NaOH + NH4OH  → NaOH + H2O + NH3
 
Ans 10: Explanation:
Equilibrium shifts to left by decreasing the volume of the vessel, this is because decreasing the volume will increase the pressure and increase in the pressure of the vessel will cause the equilibrium to shift in such way as to reduce the increase in the pressure. Hence to reduce the pressure of the vessel the equilibrium will shift towards the left.
