Answer:
CuSO4  →   Cu2+    + SO42- H2O  →     2H+   +   OH-
 
The Cu2+ thus produced was treated with KI solution So, applying law of chemical equivalence we have
 
meq of Cu2+ = meq of KI  = meq of I2  =  meq of S2O32-
 
100 ×  0.05 = 0.04 × VS2O32-  
 
VS2O32- = {100 ×  0.05}/0.04 = 125ml.  (option c)
