In a group of 70 people 37 likes coffe & 52 likes tea &each people like one of the two drinks how many people like both coffe& tea . how many like coffe only not tea

n(A union B) = n (A) + n (B) - n (A intersection B)
n(A union B) = Total number of people
n (A) = People who like Tea = 52
n(B) = People who like Coffee = 37
n ( A intersection B) = People who like Tea and coffee both
 
From the formula, n (A intersection B) = 52 + 37 - 70 = 19
People who like coffee only and not tea = n(B) - n ( A intersection B) = 37 - 19 = 18
