Let A - lost eye
B - lost ear
C - lost arm
D - lost leg
Find n(A ∩ B) = n(A) + n(B) - 100%
n(A ∩ B) = 70% + 80% - 100%
n(A ∩ B) = 50%


Also find n(B ∩ C) and n(C ∩ D), n(A ∩ D)
Then use
n(A υ B υ C υ D) = n(A) + n(B) + n(C) + n(D) - n(A ∩ B) - n(B ∩ C) - n(C ∩ D) - n(A ∩ D) + n(A ∩ B ∩ C ∩ D)
to find required answer.
