Let Z be the the atomic number of nucleus, then charge of nucleus is Z×e, where e is the fundamental charge.  
Coulomb force FC and centripetal force FR are given by
 
Here r is radius of circular orbit, me is mass of electron and v is speed of electron. 
 
Speed of electron v is obtained by equation FC and FR. Then we get the speed as 
after substituting r=0.1 m and values for e, me and ε0 , we get v = 50×√Z m/s
