why from group 6 only chromium form its hydride and why does other members of group 6 , 7 ,8,9 cant form hydrides

Chromium has outer electronic configuration as 3d54s1

It is stable electronic configuration, as both d and s are half filled. Hence, Chromium can form hydride electrolytically.
