Which grafting is more successful? 1-allo gift, b-xeno, c-iso
Allograft – Transplant between two animals which belong to the same species but genetically are not identical.
Xenograft - Transplant between two animals which do not belong to the same species
Isograft - Transplant between two genetically identical animals such as monozygotic twins or clones.
The isografts are more successful as compared to allo and xenografts because the rejection of these grafts is very less. In allo and xenografts the recipient body triggers immunological reactions in response to the tissue presenting foreign antigens.
