For board examination of Class XII, you need to be thorough in every chapters. But you can select some chapters based on your easiness and fundamental-like Botany chapters,Zoology chapters, Biotechnology chapters. You can focus on these chapters-
1. Biodiversity and Conservation
2. Molecular Basis of Inheritance.
3. Human Health and Disease
4. Environmental issues
5. Ecosystem
7. Microbes in Human Welfare
These chapters you can easily remember the fundamentals. Rest all chapters you need to focus on some important points, definitions etc.
