The correct option is (d) 10 times.
 
Molar conductance = k x 1000 / Normality  
 
for first solution with 0.1 Molarity (0.2 N) = k x 1000 / 0.2
for second solution with 0.01 Molarity (0.02 N) = k x 1000 / 0.02  
 
Thus, from above two equations, molar coductance is 10 times more for the solution with molarity 0.01 M than for the solution with 0.1 M.
