Specific heat capacity of a substance is the amount heat required for unit mass of substance to raise the temperature by 1º C .
 
Specific heat capacity of substance depends on the material of the substance
 
A) does not depend on heat given because required amount of heat energy for unit mass per rise of 1º C can be calculated from the given heat energy to get specific heat.
 
B) As per definition of specific heat we need to know the heat energy required to raise by 1º C . Hence temperature raised is not depend on specific heat
 
C) we need to know the quantity of required heat energy per unit mass to get the specific heat. Hence specific heat does not depend on mass of substance 
 
D) materil to material the heat energy will differ to get a temperature rise of 1º C per unit mass. Hence specific heat capacity depends on material of the substance.
