linear speed vs of sound-source = ω×r = 2π×5×0.7 = 22 m/s
 
when sound source is moving away from observer,
ν = ν0 [ 1+ (vs / v ) ]-1  = 1000 × [1+(22/352)]-1 = 1000×(352/374) = 941 Hz
 
where ν is the frequency of sound heard, ν0 is the frequency of sound-source and v is the speed of sound
 
when sound source is moving towards observer,
ν = ν0 [ 1- (vs / v ) ]-1  = 1000 × [1-(22/352)]-1 = 1000×(352/330) = 1067 Hz
