L = Inductance = 1 H 
dI/dt = rate of change of current = 4 A/s
R = resistance = 1Ω
q = charge in capacitor plates
C = capacitance = 3μF
E = EMf of battery connected = 4 V
 
by substituting all the values we can get q = 6 μC
