Answer:
Figure shows the three spherical shells A, B and C with radii R, 2R and 3R as given in the question.
Shell-A is given a charge q and Shell-C is given a charge 2q.

Due to charge q of outer surface of shell-A, induced charges -q and +q are appearing in shell-B as shown in figure.

Before earthing Shell-B acquires some potential due to charges on Shell-A and shell-C.
When shell-B is earthed, this potential becomes zero by acquiring negative charges -q' from earth.
Hence after earthing shell C gets induced charges +q' in the inner surface and -q' in the outer surface as shown in figure.

magnitude of q' is calculated from the expression of potential of shell-B and equating it to zero because shell-B is earthed.

VB = begin mathsize 12px style fraction numerator K cross times q over denominator 2 R end fraction space plus space fraction numerator K cross times 2 q over denominator 3 R end fraction plus fraction numerator K cross times q apostrophe over denominator 2 R end fraction space equals space 0 space space space.................. left parenthesis 1 right parenthesis end style
where K = 1/(4πεo ) .  Solving for q' from eqn.(1), we get q' = (-7/3)q

Hence total charges on the outer surface of shell-B = (-7/3)q + q = (-4/3)q

induced charges in the inner surface of Shell-C = (+4/3)q

induced charges in the outer surface of Shell-C = (-4/3)q

total charges in the outer surface of Shell-C = 2q - (4/3)q = (2/3)q

Answer to the question :- (4) all the above
