Oviparous, viviparous and ovoviviparous......

Oviparous animals lay eggs (e.g. birds), while viviparous animals give birth to their young ones (e.g. humans, cats, dogs). 
Ovoviviparous animals produce eggs, but instead of laying, the eggs develop within the mother's body. Example- Shark
