How induced emf will be zero when armature coil is parallel to the magnetic field

Answer:
An e.m.f. induced in the coil when the magnetic flux linked with the coil changes with the time.

When the armature coil is parallel to the magnetic field, the magnetic flux linked with the coil does not change. Hence, no e.m.f. is induced in the coil. This is in accordance with Faradya's second law of electromagnetic induction.
