Hi Ishan,
To get 100% in NEET, you need to be thorough with the fundamentals of every chapter of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. As per Biology part, you need to give equal importance to Botany and Zoology. Attempt the Biology part as it can be completed in short time than Physics and Chemistry. Do solve some test series from Topperlearning as it will give an idea about the typology of questions that will be asked in the NEET examination.
Remember, each and every chapter of Biology is important. DO NOT FORGET TO REFER NCERT BOOK FIRST.
