As can be seen from figure, while moving the test charge in circular path, Force and displacement vectors are in perpendicular direction to each other.
Hence workdone will be zero because the displacement is perpendicular to Force. Another way of looking this problem is by knowing the potential at A and B due the charge +q at center, which are same. If test charge is moved from one point to anothewr which are otential, there will not be any workdone.
