The Cannizzaro reaction is a chemical reaction that involves the base-induced disproportionation of an aldehyde lacking a hydrogen atom at the alpha position. But it has an α-hydrogen hence will not undergo Cannizzaro's reaction.
Prop-3-en-al CH2=CH-CHO has an α-hydrogen but it is attached to the sp2 hybridized carbon hence it will not give aldol condensation.
