Kranz anatomy is absent in leaves.

Leaf shows the presence of Kranz anatomy, with bundle sheath cells arranged around the vascular bundle.

Chloroplasts are of a single type with the presence of grana.

Chloroplast is dimorphic. Chloroplasts of mesophyll cells have grana and those of bundle sheath cells do not.
