The directors of Darshit Ltd., an organisation manufacturing vacuum cleaners, have asked their production manager to manufacture 40 vacuum cleaners per day. The production manager has no authority to purchase special material required for the production of vacuum cleaners. As a result, he could not make vacuum cleaners of standard quality. Is production manager responsible for this? Name and explain the principle of management violated in this situation.

Is the manager effective or efficient neither effective or both? a.Wr.Shey achieved the target of 500 T- shirts He paid over time to his workers to complete production before time. b.M.t.Say the sales manager of a company was given target to make sales of 1000 units in a month. He achiever the target but he gave discounts to customers which reduced profit margin of the company. c.Lakshs HR manage in TiP-Top limited.He had to arrange for recruitment and selection of 100 workers to meet an urgent order within a weel.He was able to appoint only 80 workers in 15 days.
